02Common questions
  • When does my agent get paid?

    The day you confirm the viewing — or three days after they submit the report, whichever is sooner.

  • No agent has accepted my request.

    If no eligible local accepts within a few days, we mark your request as No agents available and refund you in full.

  • The agent didn't show up.

    Email us with the request id. We'll review chat history and the report timeline, then refund you fully if the agent was at fault.

  • Can I change my viewing time after I've paid?

    Yes — message your agent through the chat. If they can't make the new time we'll re-broadcast to other agents.
